& Refund Policy
These commercial terms outline the payment structures, hosted system conditions, refund limitations, implementation expectations, and professional engagement standards for all premium business systems and digital infrastructure services provided by Obsidian Studio.Design.
Service Structure
Obsidian Studio.Design provides premium business systems, hosted digital infrastructure, conversion architecture systems, booking systems, customer action systems, premium landing experiences, audits, and strategic implementation services.

Deposits & Payments
Deposits secure scheduling, planning, and implementation allocation. Once development or planning begins, deposits generally become non-refundable.
- Projects may require milestone structures
- Hosted systems may include recurring billing
- Late balances may delay launch or transfer
- Final balances are required before delivery
Hosted Systems
Hosted systems remain under Obsidian Studio infrastructure until ownership transfer conditions are fully completed.
- Hosting may include maintenance & support
- Failure to maintain payment may suspend access
- Hosted systems may contain licensed infrastructure
- Ownership transfers only after completion of payment terms
Refund Conditions
Due to the custom nature of premium digital implementation services, refunds are limited once planning, architecture work, or implementation has started.
- Architecture planning is non-refundable once initiated
- Premium implementation work is non-refundable after development begins
- Hosted setup fees are generally non-refundable
- Audit services become non-refundable after delivery
Revisions & Scope Changes
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the agreed scope. Major structural changes or redesign requests may require revised timelines and additional billing.
- Scope expansion may affect delivery timelines
- Additional features may require revised pricing
- Clients should provide organized assets and direction
Platform Limitations
Obsidian Studio.Design is not responsible for limitations caused by third-party platforms including Shopify, hosting providers, payment gateways, social media platforms, or external APIs.
- Platform outages may temporarily affect systems
- Third-party platform behavior may change over time
- Social media restrictions are outside agency control
Chargebacks & Disputes
Fraudulent chargebacks after implementation or delivery may result in immediate suspension of hosted access, removal of systems, and formal dispute documentation.
- Implementation records are maintained
- Communication logs may be documented
- Hosted systems may be disabled during disputes
