Commercial Terms & Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Commercial Terms & Refund Policy applies to all digital products and professional services provided by Obsidian Studio.
By purchasing, booking, or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms prior to checkout or contract execution.
2. Digital Products (Templates, Systems & Downloads)
All digital products are intellectual property assets delivered electronically. Due to their nature, all sales are final once access has been granted.
- No refunds are issued once access or download is provided.
- Please ensure compatibility with your theme or workflow before purchase.
- Support is available for technical access issues within 7 days of purchase.
3. Custom Projects (Builds & Implementations)
Custom engagements reserve production capacity and strategic allocation. Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once paid.
- Deposits secure project scheduling and are non-refundable.
- Milestone payments reflect work allocation and are non-refundable once work begins.
- Scope is defined in writing and additional requests require separate approval.
4. Retainers & Ongoing Services
Recurring services operate on a billing cycle basis.
- No refunds are provided for completed billing cycles.
- Cancellations must be submitted prior to the next billing date.
- Work continues through the end of the active billing period.
5. Issue Resolution
If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue. We aim to resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of access and services during dispute review. We maintain documentation of product access and project communication.
