Who is Obsidian Studio for?
We work with businesses that need more than a standard website — including service businesses, booking-led companies, tourism and transportation operators, retailers, creators and organizations that want connected digital infrastructure for customers and operations.
What happens after I apply?
We review the business workflow, the problem the system needs to solve, the users involved and the required integrations. We then determine whether a Hosted Business System or a custom build is the better fit and define the appropriate implementation path.
What does Obsidian Studio build?
We build custom business systems, hosted industry systems, booking and reservation experiences, client and admin dashboards, CRM workflows, payment and checkout integrations, communication tools, mobile-first web apps and AI-assisted operational workflows. Shopify can be part of a build, but it is only one component of the wider platform.
How are deposits, payments and refunds handled?
Pricing and payment structure depend on the system or project selected. The applicable proposal, order terms and published commercial terms govern setup fees, recurring charges, deposits, cancellations and refunds.
How long does implementation take?
Timing depends on the system, integrations, content and approval requirements. Hosted systems are generally faster to configure than fully custom builds. Project-specific milestones and dependencies are defined as part of the agreed scope.
Do you provide ongoing support and upgrades?
Yes. Depending on the product or agreement, Obsidian Studio can provide hosting, maintenance, configuration, upgrades and ongoing system support after launch.
What if I already have a website or online store?
An existing website or store does not necessarily need to be replaced. We can evaluate how the current environment fits into the required system and connect, extend or restructure it where appropriate.
