This promo game gives selected businesses the chance to win premium build rewards, support offers, and limited Obsidian Studio system prizes. Each reward is limited, submission-based, and tied to availability.

Some winners may land support-based rewards that help them maintain or improve their business presentation after setup.
This game is designed to be difficult to win. If a winning result appears, the entrant must complete the claim form and choose from the remaining available slots.

Before entering or claiming any prize, every participant must review the conditions below. This helps keep the game fair, controlled, and aligned with the prize structure set by Obsidian Studio.
Each participant is allowed one spin only during an active release cycle. After using that spin, the same person must wait until the next release window becomes available.
Prize release is controlled in cycles. Every 100 rounds, a new release window becomes available. This structure is used to keep the game difficult and prevent prizes from being unlocked too easily.
The system is designed to limit repeated attempts. During a locked period, the same device should not be able to keep spinning until the next release cycle opens.
Free Audit, Free Homepage Makeover, Free Product Page Build, One-Page + Product Page Build, and Free 1-Month Care Plan are only for businesses that already have a website.
One Free Booking System and Free Beginner's Website Build do not require an existing website, so newer businesses can still qualify for those prize types.
If a winner lands on a prize that requires an existing website but cannot provide one, that claim will not move forward and the entry will not be approved for fulfillment.
A winner is not confirmed by the wheel alone. The winner must complete the required form, submit accurate business information, and select the correct claim option before review.
Each prize has limited slot availability. Once a winner selects an available claim slot, that slot should become unavailable for the next person.
Obsidian Studio reserves the right to review every claim for accuracy, business fit, and fairness before the prize is officially confirmed.
The wheel is not meant to hand out prizes easily. Entry control, release cycles, eligibility checks, slot limits, and winner review all exist to keep the promotion fair, selective, and properly managed.
This round is intentionally hard. Only one prize is released per 100 spins, and each device gets one spin for that 100-spin round.

If you win, you must complete your winner claim form and choose your available redemption slot. Each prize has limited claim space, and once a slot is taken, it locks and becomes unavailable for everyone else.
