1. General Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability, eligibility review, identity verification, payment approval, and final confirmation by Premium Cars. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee that a vehicle has been reserved until confirmation has been issued by Premium Cars.

Premium Cars reserves the right to refuse, decline, suspend, or cancel any booking request where documentation, payment, conduct, availability, legal, insurance, operational, or security concerns arise.

2. Eligibility to Rent

To rent a vehicle, the primary renter must satisfy the eligibility requirements set by Premium Cars at the time of booking or pickup. Accurate personal information and any requested supporting documents must be provided for reservation review.

Unless otherwise approved in writing, the primary renter must hold a valid driver’s license, meet the applicable age requirement, and satisfy any payment, identification, and screening requirements for the selected vehicle category.

3. Driver’s License and Identification

A valid, current, and legally accepted driver’s license must be presented for the rental. Premium Cars may also require a passport, national identification card, proof of address, return travel details, or other supporting documentation before approving or releasing a vehicle.

If identification or license information is invalid, expired, incomplete, misleading, or inconsistent with the booking request, Premium Cars may refuse or cancel the reservation.

4. Authorized Drivers

Only drivers approved by Premium Cars may operate the vehicle. Any additional driver must be disclosed in advance, meet the same eligibility requirements as the primary renter, and be accepted by Premium Cars before driving the vehicle.

The renter remains responsible for the vehicle and for any charges, penalties, loss, damage, or liability arising from use of the vehicle by any authorized or unauthorized driver connected to the rental.

5. Rates and Charges

Rates displayed on the website or in booking communications may be daily, estimated, promotional, or starting rates. Final charges may vary depending on the rental period, vehicle selected, pickup and return arrangements, add-ons, late returns, cleaning, tolls, fuel, chauffeur arrangements, penalties, damage, and administrative fees.

Premium Cars may correct pricing errors, content errors, or obvious system mistakes at any time before final confirmation.

6. Payments and Security Deposits

Payment terms, accepted payment methods, deposit requirements, and pre-authorization requirements may vary by vehicle, booking type, renter status, and service arrangement. Premium Cars may require full payment, partial payment, pre-authorization, or a refundable security deposit before vehicle release.

Any security deposit may be used to cover unpaid balances, tolls, tickets, excessive cleaning, smoking-related cleaning, missing items, refueling, late return charges, administrative fees, or loss or damage attributable to the renter or any driver connected to the rental.

7. Pickup, Return, and Rental Period

The renter must collect and return the vehicle at the agreed location, date, and time unless a different arrangement has been expressly confirmed by Premium Cars. The rental period begins when the vehicle is released and ends when the vehicle is returned and accepted back by Premium Cars.

Returning a vehicle late, to an unauthorized location, or outside the approved return procedure may result in additional charges, rate adjustments, and operational fees.

8. Vehicle Use Restrictions

The vehicle may only be used lawfully and responsibly. It must not be used by unauthorized drivers, for illegal activity, racing, reckless driving, towing unless approved, off-road use unless approved, sub-renting, commercial exploitation without approval, or any activity that could expose the vehicle or others to unusual risk.

Smoking, vaping, abuse, excessive dirt, unauthorized pets, or operation contrary to manufacturer recommendations may result in added charges and possible termination of the rental.

9. Fuel, Tolls, and Fines

The renter is responsible for all fuel replacement charges, tolls, parking fees, traffic fines, congestion charges, impound fees, and associated administrative handling charges incurred during the rental period or resulting from use of the vehicle during that period.

10. Accidents, Loss, Damage, and Liability

The renter must immediately report any accident, theft, incident, vehicle warning, seizure, damage, breakdown, or third-party claim involving the vehicle. The renter must cooperate fully with Premium Cars, insurers, authorities, and any claims or recovery process.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the renter is responsible for loss of or damage to the vehicle, recovery costs, towing, storage, administrative expenses, and third-party claims attributable to the renter’s conduct, except where liability is limited by mandatory law or written agreement.

11. Cancellation and No-Show

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the vehicle, reservation timing, promotional terms, and service arrangement. Premium Cars may retain part or all of a booking fee, deposit, or prepaid amount where cancellation is made late, the renter fails to appear, or required documents are not provided.

12. Website Content and Vehicle Listings

Premium Cars may update, remove, suspend, correct, or modify vehicle listings, descriptions, images, rates, availability, and website content at any time without notice. Vehicle images and descriptions are provided for general reference and may not always reflect exact trim, configuration, or final booking availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium Cars shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, missed travel arrangements, missed events, or business interruption arising out of or related to the booking, delay, cancellation, vehicle substitution, website use, or rental service, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the website, booking forms, or during the rental process will be handled in accordance with the Premium Cars Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

Premium Cars may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms may be posted on this page and may apply to future bookings, website use, and services after publication.
