To protect the platform, buyers, and serious landowners, SOLTERRA accepts listings that can be properly presented with clear ownership, location, and document information.

Ownership / Authorization The land should be in your name, or you must be an authorized representative with permission to submit it for listing.
Survey / Parcel Information A survey plan, parcel layout, lot size, boundary details, or clear land measurement information should be available where possible.
Title / Deed / Ownership Documents Certificate of Title, deed, estate documents, or proof of ownership should be disclosed before a premium listing is prepared.
Planning / Development Status If the land is being marketed for housing, subdivision, or development, disclose any Town & Country, planning approval, road access, utility, or pending approval status.
Honest Listing Information Price, location, access, negotiations, missing documents, and known restrictions must be disclosed clearly before publication.
