1. Scope

This Commercial Terms & Refund Policy applies to all digital products and professional services provided by Obsidian Studio.

2. Digital Products

All digital products, including templates, systems, downloads, and implementation resources, are intellectual property assets delivered electronically. Due to their digital nature, all sales are final once access has been granted.

• No refunds are issued once access or download is provided.
• Please ensure compatibility with your theme, system, platform, or workflow before purchase.
• Support is available for technical access issues within 7 days of purchase.

3. Custom Projects

Custom projects, builds, implementations, and hosted business systems reserve production capacity, planning time, and strategic allocation.

• Deposits secure project scheduling and are non-refundable.
• Milestone payments reflect work allocation and are non-refundable once work begins.
• Scope is defined in writing, by proposal, checkout description, invoice, or confirmed correspondence.
• Additional requests outside the approved scope may require separate approval and additional fees.

4. Retainers & Ongoing Services

Recurring services, hosted systems, subscriptions, support plans, and ongoing service arrangements operate on a billing cycle basis.

• No refunds are provided for completed billing cycles.
• Cancellations must be submitted prior to the next billing date.
• Work and service access continue through the end of the active billing period.

5. Issue Resolution

If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue. We aim to resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of access, hosted systems, digital products, and active services during dispute review.

Obsidian Studio maintains documentation of product access, project communication, service delivery, implementation work, and payment records.
