Platform role. B8 Private Ride / B8.AI is a multi-service booking, connection, and commerce technology platform. It helps customers connect with taxi/private-ride drivers, tourism operators, Jet Ski and water-sports operators, and car-rental providers. ObsidianStudio.design, B Smart Technology LLC, and B8.AI provide booking, automation, location, document-upload, secure checkout/payment-collection, and communication tools. For participating services, B8 may act as the booking and payment-collection platform while the independent provider remains the service operator.

Payments & checkout. B8.AI / B Smart Technology LLC may collect or process customer payments through the designated secure checkout for participating tourism and water-sports services, including Dexter / Miss Ayana bookings. A payment processed through that checkout is tied to the applicable B8 booking and service. Payment collection by B8 does not make B8 the tour or water-sports operator; the independent provider remains responsible for delivering the booked service. Unless a B8 checkout expressly states otherwise, taxi/private-ride fares are paid directly to the independent driver. Car-rental deposits, card holds, and final rental charges remain subject to the rental provider's terms unless a B8 checkout expressly states that B8 is collecting a specified payment.

Independent service providers. Transportation, tours, excursions, Jet Ski / water-sports activities, and rental vehicles are supplied and operated by independent drivers, tourism operators, activity operators, or rental providers. Each provider is responsible for its vehicles, vessels, equipment, licences, permits, insurance, safety procedures, staff or operators, availability, service delivery, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Car-rental eligibility. Rental customers must provide accurate information and meet the rental provider's requirements, including being age 25 or older, holding a valid driver's permit, and having a valid credit card. Driver's-permit uploads are collected for the rental request and final rental approval remains with Tobago United Car Rental / InterDrive International.

Pricing, availability & operating conditions. Prices shown by B8 may be fixed rates, estimates, or provider-supplied rates. Final availability and confirmation remain subject to the applicable provider. Tourism and water-sports activities may also depend on weather, sea, safety, and operating conditions. Rental availability, vehicle assignment, deposits, card requirements, and final rental terms are controlled by the rental provider.

Independent-provider relationship. B8 may provide booking, payment collection, document intake, automation, location, and communication functions, but ObsidianStudio.design, B Smart Technology LLC, and B8.AI do not themselves operate the taxi/private ride, tour, Jet Ski / water-sports activity, or rental-vehicle service. Each independent provider remains responsible for service fulfillment, vehicles or equipment, licences and permits, staffing, safety, operating decisions, and compliance with applicable law, except where an express B8 checkout term, booking policy, written agreement, or applicable law provides otherwise.
